The kitchen screen
Instead of a printer, orders show on a screen in the kitchen or the bar, and the kitchen taps when they are ready.
The orders
- Each order shows on a card with its items and modifiers, and how many minutes ago it came in.
- The screen opens without a PIN, as it is a device kept for the kitchen.
An order is ready
- When the order is ready, tap Ready.
- The till and the waiter's phone show it ready to serve.
Once served
- At the till, tap Served and it leaves the ready list.
